About Us
Bike riding after school, evening strolls with waving neighbors, swimming on a hot summer day, and quiet afternoon in your backyard with friends are common occurrences at Belfaire and Lakeview at Belfaire communities. Join our subdivision, located off Auburn Road (Hwy 324) in Dacula, GA comprised of 205 homes. Belfaire was built by Ryland Homes and MDC Homes constructed Lakeview at Belfaire. We are a social community with events year-round including community garage sales, Screen on the Green, summer cookouts, fishing contest, and holiday contests. During the holiday season enjoy marshmallows, hot chocolate, and touring the wonderful neighborhood lights. We encourage you to come back and visit often as we want you to familiarize yourself with the many opportunities and activities in Belfaire. If you are new to the community there are lots of greats restaurants and entertainment in the area. Belfaire Community is now managed by Georgia Community Management (GCM). Our management liaison is Cody Bacon. He can be contacted at 770.554.1236.
Welcome! All new residents should receive a welcome package within 30 days of moving into your home. Please visit www.georgiacminc.com to set-up your profile or mail back the homeowner information sheet. In order to receive your pool/tennis code, you will be required to set-up a profile and be current with dues and documentation. This site provides up-to-date info for your account and resource info about the community. Select login in the upper margin and select register your account. You will use the email address as your login and the security key provided at the bottom of your welcome letter. Should you have any issues contact the management office at 770.554.1236 or email support@gcmmgt.com. This must be done by the owner registered with Gwinnett County.
Payments for HOA assessments will be handled online or will require mailing to GCM. Their address is:
